Exhibition "Hans Greil" at Museum.Ebensee

Museum Ebensee dedicates a small exhibition to the artist and pioneer of woodcarving Hans Greil (1845–1909). Greil was a teacher and the first director of the Hallstatt School of Woodcraft, and later of the Ebensee School of Woodcraft. Alongside his educational work, he was a renowned wood sculptor and carver whose significance reached far beyond the Salzkammergut.
