Exhibition "Hans Greil" at Museum Ebensee

Museum Ebensee is dedicating an exhibition to Hans Greil (1845–1909) under the title "Teacher of a Generation. Pioneer of Woodcarving in the Salzkammergut". Greil was a teacher and the first director of the Hallstatt School of Woodcraft as well as later of the Ebensee School of Woodcraft. Alongside his work as an educator, he was a renowned wood sculptor and carver whose significance reached far beyond the Salzkammergut.
