Alpine Cooking Classes at the Hoisn-Hütte on the Rettenbachalm

Together we cook and taste typical Austrian alpine dishes, just as they were prepared long ago without any electricity. We use exclusively regional ingredients. Along the way, there's plenty of fun and fascinating insights into life on the alm.
