Alm Cooking Courses at the Hoisn Hut on the Rettenbachalm

Together we cook and sample traditional Austrian alm dishes – just as they used to be prepared without electricity. Only regional ingredients are used, accompanied by plenty of fascinating insights into life on the alm.
