Together on the Rettenbachalm, we cook, taste, and live – preparing typical Austrian alm dishes the way they used to be made, entirely without electricity. Only regional ingredients are used, and along the way you'll learn plenty of fascinating things about life on the alm – not to mention having lots of fun.
