Alm Cooking Classes at the Hoisn Hut on the Rettenbachalm

Cook and taste together – entirely without electricity, just like in the old days on the alpine pasture. Typical Austrian alm dishes are prepared using exclusively regional ingredients, along with fascinating insights into alpine life and plenty of good cheer.
