Opening of the Motorikpark

Following Sports4Fun, the new Motorikpark in Faistenau will be officially opened. A publicly accessible and free movement facility for all generations at the Kesselmann ski lift/bike trail, starting Friday, August 21, 2026, at 12 noon.

With the new Motorikpark at the Kesselmann ski lift/bike trail, the municipality of Faistenau is expanding its leisure and activity offerings with an attractive place for movement, social interaction, and shared activities in nature. Visitors can look forward to activity stations that promote coordination, balance, strength, and agility. The facility is aimed at people of all age groups – from children and families to senior citizens – and is designed to help integrate movement into everyday life in a playful way.

As part of the opening, children in particular can look forward to an exciting competition with attractive prizes. The focus is on fun and trying things out together. This creates another freely available movement space in Faistenau, sustainably enhancing the quality of life in the municipality and open to both locals and guests.

The Motorikpark was realized with the support of the federal government, the state, and the European Union.
