Exposición «Hans Greil» en el Museum.Ebensee

Museum. Ebensee dedicates a small exhibition to the artist and pioneer of wood carving in the Salzkammergut, Hans Greil (1845–1909). A teacher and the first director of the Hallstatt School of Woodwork and later the Ebensee School of Woodwork, he was, alongside his educational work, also a renowned wood sculptor and carver whose significance extended far beyond the Salzkammergut. Greil created, among others, the high altar in Litschau, the altar of the Wallsee Castle Chapel, the model for the Franz
