In his little composing hut at the Gasthof zum Höllengebirge in Seefeld, he composed 6 songs, significant parts of his II. Symphony ("Resurrection"), as well as his musical depiction of the entire universe – the III. Symphony. The special exhibition offers insights into Mahler's life, his work, and his thoughts. The exhibition can be viewed for around 1 year, until 31 May 2027. Always on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays between 5:30 pm and 7:00 pm.
