Museum Day with Bread Baking at the Hundsmarktmühle

Join us for BREAD BAKING at the Hundsmarktmühle! Every 3rd Sunday of the month from 2 pm to 5 pm, we invite you to our popular bread baking days at the Hundsmarktmühle. Alongside the Museum Day, visitors have the opportunity to experience traditional bread baking up close. Whether young or old – everyone is warmly invited to join in and discover how bread used to be baked with simple means and a lot of craftsmanship. Step by step, we show the various stages of the process, from kneading the dough to the finished bread fresh from the oven. Refreshments are also provided: during the afternoon, we offer a cozy hospitality service, making your visit to the Hundsmarktmühle a delightful and sociable experience for the whole family.

• Sunday, May 10: 10 am to 5 pm – Opening day of the special exhibition "Tradition & Mythos" by the Barmstoana Perchten
• Sunday, May 17: 10 am to 5 pm – On the Day of Museums, you can also learn how to bake bread
• Sunday, July 19: 2 pm to 5 pm
• Sunday, August 16: 2 pm to 5 pm
• Sunday, September 20: 2 pm to 5 pm
• Sunday, October 18: 2 pm to 5 pm
