Kesselheiße im Gasthaus Silmbroth in Viechtwang im Almtal
A cozy get-together in the morning – in summer out in the guest garden, in winter in the old farmers' parlor right in the center of Viechtwang im Almtal. The fresh Kesselhoaße (hot sausages from the kettle) is fetched straight from the butcher shop, the horseradish is freshly grated, and fresh bread rolls are brought along. If a Thursday falls on a public holiday, the Kesselheiße takes place on the Wednesday before. In summer, there's also a grill evening every Thursday!
