From 4 May to 25 August, Parkbad Bad Ischl once again invites you to a varied Aqua Jogging programme. The sessions take place regularly every Monday and Tuesday and offer an ideal way to combine movement, endurance and fun in the water. Exceptions are 18 and 19 May, when no courses will be held.

Aqua Jogging is a particularly joint-friendly full-body workout in the water, suitable for all ages and fitness levels – whether beginner or advanced. The natural resistance of the water effectively strengthens the muscles, while at the same time sustainably improving the cardiovascular system and endurance. The buoyancy of the water also significantly relieves the joints, making the training ideal for people with knee, hip or back problems.

Under professional guidance, participants can look forward to a motivating workout with varied exercises. In addition to classic Aqua Jogging, coordination and strengthening elements are also incorporated to activate the entire body. The pleasant atmosphere of the outdoor pool and the fresh air make every session a special experience. Participation is ideal for both locals and visitors to the region.

On-site or advance registration is recommended. Take the opportunity to stay fit during the summer months while enjoying the relaxed atmosphere of the Parkbad.

Parkbad admission to be paid separately. Activity: free of charge including a loan belt.
