11th Sports4Fun - Faistenau

Once again dedicated entirely to sports, the Healthy Community of Faistenau (Gesunde Gemeinde Faistenau), together with the Old Man Team (OMT) in cooperation with Union Salzburg, is hosting the youth event Sports 4 Fun in Faistenau from August 17–21, 2026.

Children and young people aged 6–16 can try out a wide variety of sports here:

• Alpine Rock Climbing
• Asphalt Stock Shooting
• Beach Volleyball
• Bouldering
• Indoor Climbing Wall
• Airtrack
• Kids Aktiv
• Sport Shooting
• Vaulting
• Rhönrad (German Wheel)
• Forest Climbing Trail
• New: Bike Trail Kesselmann (Meeting point at the lift!)

Some activities will be cancelled in case of bad weather or will only be offered on certain days. This year, participants can try only one sport per morning, and group compositions will remain the same.

• Date: August 17–21, 2026
• Target group: Children and young people aged 6–16
• from 8:15 am: Registration at the sports facility
• 9:00 am – 12:00 pm: Sports program including a break
• Refreshments: Please bring your own healthy snacks and drinks
• Participation fee: Day pass EUR 8.00

The OMT and the Healthy Community look forward to welcoming many children who want to try out new sports. After Sports 4 Fun, there is also the opportunity to continue practicing some of the sports at a local club. For more information, visit gesundes-faistenau.at.
