Experience wild catch and regionality up close with the Mayr professional fishery. Professional fishing is one of the oldest trades in the world and is now practiced by only a few. What it means to catch fish with a net, how a fisherman learns to live with nature, and what the value of wild catch means – these topics and much more are what Benjamin Mayr tries to convey to his guests during the Fish Guidings.
The starting point is the authentic fisherman's hut on the eastern shore of Lake Traunsee.
