This guiding experience is all about real craft: with the professional fishermen of Mayr, you'll get up close on Lake Traunsee to see how fish are caught with nets and what regionality really means. Benjamin Mayr shows what it's like to live and work as a fisherman in harmony with nature, the diversity of species Lake Traunsee has to offer, and how freshly caught wild fish are turned into delicious dishes.
