Heritage & Change – Art Summer 2026 at the Sudhaus

The former Sudhaus Bad Ischl becomes the setting for a diverse and vibrant exhibition. Under the title "Heritage & Change," ten artists from the region present their personal approaches to the question: What do we preserve, what changes – and how can something new emerge from tradition?

Painting, photography, sculpture, digital media, and experimental art forms come together to create an exhibition that invites visitors to discover, linger, and reflect. At the "Working Artists" sessions, visitors can experience firsthand how art is created and engage in conversation with the artists. Under the title "Found Objects," special items and the stories connected to them are presented. Accompanying workshops invite children and adults to get creative themselves and try out different techniques.
