Tentoonstelling "Hans Greil" in Museum.Ebensee

Museum Ebensee is dedicating a small exhibition to Hans Greil, the first director of the Holzfachschule Hallstatt and later head of the Holzfachschule Ebensee. Alongside his work as an educator, Greil was a renowned wood sculptor and carver whose significance reached far beyond the Salzkammergut. He created altarpieces such as the high altar in Litschau and the altar of the Schlosskapelle Wallsee, designed the model for the Franz Carl Brunnen in Bad Ischl, and also created the Stations of the Cross paintings at the Calvary
