At the Salinenplatz, behind the municipal office, the Ebensee weekly market takes place every Saturday. Stallholders such as the "Hendlmann" Kainz have been bringing their goods to Ebensee for years. Although the little stalls offering baked goods, flowers, honey, bacon and much more can't compete with the larger weekly markets in the area, the Ebensee market also holds social value.
