Exposition « Hans Greil » au Museum.Ebensee

Hans Greil (1845–1909), teacher and first director of the Hallstatt School of Wood and later the Ebensee School of Wood, was not only an educator but also a renowned wood sculptor and carver whose significance extended far beyond the Salzkammergut region. Greil created altars such as the high altar in Litschau and the altar of the Wallsee Castle Chapel. He also designed the model for the Franz Carl Fountain in Bad Ischl.
