The perfect start to the weekend: yoga on the jetty or on the meadow right by the lake, your body full of energy, your mind completely clear, followed by a dip in the clear Attersee.

Start your weekend both relaxed and energized – with yoga right by the lake.

Surrounded by nature, with a view of the water, we'll flow together through a 60-minute yoga practice that moves you, grounds you, and calms your nervous system.

Afterwards, a fresh smoothie awaits you – perfect for nourishing body and mind after the practice.

Details:

• 60 min – every FRIDAY (only in good weather) in July and August at the Landesbad Weyregg on the jetty, from 08:00 – 09:00
• You can find out whether the session is taking place no later than 1 hour beforehand in the schedule or on social media (please be sure to check BEFORE you drive to the lake whether the session is happening. Thank you)

Afterwards we enjoy a smoothie (included in the price) right at the jetty before we jump into the cool water.

What to bring:

• Please bring your own mat/underlay

Parking in Weyregg from 08:00 is subject to a fee:

• Short-term ticket for 90 min: € 1.00, up to 15 min free
• However, there is a car park with 3 hours of free parking:
• at the Pfarrzentrum Weyregg (approx. 10 minutes' walk to the yoga)
• at the commuter car park next to the Feuerwehr Weyregg (approx. 10 minutes' walk to the yoga)
