The Liachtbratlmontag looks back on a long history: once upon a time, it was the first day of the year when artificial light was needed again at work. After the long summer days, during which light sources had been unnecessary, the master invited his employees to a traditional "Bratl" to celebrate the savings made over the summer. We at Gmundnerberghaus also keep this tradition alive and warmly invite you to celebrate with us. For us, the Liachtbratlmontag becomes a special experience where tradition meets modern accents.
