Cycling for Children in Lebanon

Under the motto "Cycling for Children in Lebanon", there will be an opportunity on Sunday, 16 August 2026, from 08:00 to 16:00, to cycle as many laps as you want and can on the Salzburgring. For every kilometre ridden, a donation of €1 or more is given. Everyone can take part – big and small, old and young – for this good cause! Participation is at your own risk. Wearing a helmet is mandatory on the race track. Parents are responsible for their children. No registration required. Parking available in the paddock at the Salzburgring. The initiative group "Zukunft für den Libanon" (Future for Lebanon) of the Koppl parish supports one or more specific projects for children in Lebanon every year. The projects are carefully selected and implemented on the ground together with the aid organisation Initiative Christlicher Orient (ICO) by ICO project coordinator Stefan Maier. We regularly report on these in our parish newsletters.
