Pilates at Hintersee

Summer exercise program with Evelyn Schorn at the Fischerwirt bathing area at Hintersee. In case of rain, the class moves to BewegungsFELD in Faistenau, Stegleitenstraße 3. Pilates is an effective training method for strengthening the muscles as well as improving posture and flexibility.
