Painting & Co.: Exhibition "Kollektiv Obertraun" at the Municipal Office of Obertraun am Hallstättersee

The exhibition brings together a selection of paintings and works by the married couple Andrea and Josef Lantschner as well as by Monika Unterberger – all of whom are based on the southern shore of the Hallstättersee. Andrea Lantschner devotes her work intensely to the reduced depiction of the human body, developing from it an independent, unmistakable expression. Various techniques merge into a pictorial diversity of compositional possibilities. Partial views of the body deliberately remain ambiguous – accompanied by hints and freely invented abstract spaces.
