Hofer Jodelnachmittag

Learn the art of Jodeln together in the atmospheric setting of the 500-year-old smokehouse. Includes an idyllic hike along the Hof trails, a Jodeln workshop in the garden of the rustic Rauchhaus Mühlgrub, a delicious snack, and a Jodeln certificate.

Meeting point: 3:00 pm at the Brunnenplatz in Hof near Salzburg, by the municipal office Duration: approx. 4 hours Price: Adults €34 / children (ages 6–15) €12 for the accompanied hike to the smokehouse and back (approx. 30–40 minutes each way), 1.5-hour Jodeln course including Jodeln diploma, drink, and snack

Depending on the weather, the meeting point will determine whether you hike or travel directly to the smokehouse by private car. Please bring sturdy shoes. After rain, the forest path may be somewhat slippery. The hike takes approx. 30–40 minutes each way.

No previous experience is required. Come alone, as a pair, with a group, or with your family. Exercises cover breathing, posture, vocal development, rhythm, sound, responsiveness, presence, and teamwork. Traditional and new Jodler, as well as the Jodelruf and Juchizer, will be brought to life. Together—with joy—to success!
