Erbe & Wandel – Art Summer 2026 in the Sudhaus

The former Sudhaus in Bad Ischl becomes the setting for a diverse and vibrant exhibition. Under the title "Erbe & Wandel" ("Heritage & Change"), ten artists from the region present their personal approaches to the question: what do we preserve, what changes – and how can something new emerge from tradition?

Painting, photography, sculpture, digital media and experimental art forms come together in an exhibition that invites visitors to discover, linger and reflect.

• The "Working Artists" offer visitors the chance to watch art being created first-hand and to engage in conversation with the artists.
• Under the title "Fundstücke" ("Found Objects"), special items and the stories connected to them are presented.
• Accompanying workshops invite children and adults to get creative themselves and try out different techniques.
