Explore the Traun-Ager-Alm Excursion Region - Cycling Tour/Hike

Discover the treasures of the region by bicycle or on foot at your leisure: Hackenschmiede, Tempus, Pferdezentrum, Schiffleutmuseum, Stift Lambach and Horse Training Center Hellmayr – all with free admission and complimentary guided tours. Along the way, enjoy the beautiful nature along the Traun, Ager and Alm rivers.

Stift Lambach – Guided tours at 10:30, 11:30 and 15:00. Wander in the footsteps of Benedictine monasticism at the almost 1,000-year-old Marienkloster on the Traun, marveling at magnificent rooms and Romanesque frescoes.

Tempus – Museum of Archaeology, Bad Wimsbach-Neydharting – Open from 10:00 to 16:00. Dive into the lives and cultures of people in prehistoric and early historic times at this modern museum.

Österreichisches Pferdezentrum, Stadl-Paura – Guided tours at 10:00, 12:00, 14:00 and 16:00. Meeting point: "7er Stall", duration: approx. 1 hour. Discover the world of horses, right in the heart of a historic facility. Experience the Hofrunde in person and virtually. Look forward to games and a colorful program for children.

Horse Training Center Hellmayr, Stadl-Paura – Visit the herd and pony whispering at 11:00 and 14:00.

Open-Air Museum Hackenschmiede, Bad Wimsbach-Neydharting – Open from 10:00 to 14:00. The fully functional 16th-century smithy is a feast for the eyes.

Schiffleutmuseum, Stadl-Paura – Open from 10:00 to 16:00, with guided tours at 10:00, 11:00, 14:00 and 15:00.
