Bläserurlaub in Bad Goisern am Hallstättersee

When music pours from every window, students with instrument cases crisscross Bad Goisern, and the local newspapers report on leisurely strolls along the promenades – it must be Bläserurlaub once again. The Bläserurlaub is a wonderful opportunity for all Blasmusik musicians to spend a few days making music together, free from everyday obligations at home or with their regular band. All instrumentalists who play in a Blasmusikkapelle are invited. Over three days, pieces will be rehearsed in a variety of formations – from soloists to small ensembles all the way to the full Kapelle. The highlight is undoubtedly the closing concert.

Two highly experienced Kapellmeister, Franz Gumpenberger and Toni Plank, will be on hand to cater to a wide range of musical needs.

Participants will play at two skill levels: intermediate and advanced. Accommodation is provided in hotels and guesthouses throughout the region, with full board included.
