Die 4 Grazien is an artists' collective founded in 2002 at the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna. Its core consists of Mela Diamant, Susanna Schwarz, and G. Maria Wetter; the fourth place is deliberately left open for project-based collaborations. As a lived feminist practice, the collective focuses on solidarity, exchange, and collaborative working processes. Referencing the mythological Graces, the artists question culturally shaped ideas of femininity and their ongoing influence on contemporary role models.
